Size

Use either of the following methods to resize a band:

You cannot change the width of a band. The width is determined by the report's Page Settings | Paper Kind setting.

Page Break

To configure a page break before or after a band, with optional exceptions for the first and last page, select the band and configure the Actions | Page Break setting in the Properties panel.

The Page Break setting works for Detail, Report Header, and Report Footer bands only.

Pages to Include the Page Header and Footer

By default, the Page Header and Page Footer bands show on every page. You can prevent these bands from showing on the same page as the Report Header, Report Footer, or both.

To configure which pages the Page Header or Page Footer shows on, select the band and configure the Behavior | Print On setting in the Properties panel.

Location of Report Footer

The Report Footer band shows immediately after the previous band on the page. You can force the Report Footer to appear at the bottom of the page, regardless of where on the page the previous band ends.

To force the Report Footer to show at the bottom of the page, select the band and configure the Actions | Print at Bottom setting in the Properties panel.
