Configure Social Media Workflows

You can access and configure various settings in the Social Media workflows in Essentials. These settings allow you to specify parameters like time limits, the maximum number of requests and other useful settings for gathering Twitter and Instagram information.

To customize the Twitter Workflow:

  1. Log into Geocortex Essentials Manager.

  2. Click your AOP site to edit it.

  3. On the Map page, click the Map Services tab.

  4. In the sidebar, click Workflows.

  5. Click beside the Twitter_Identifier workflow.

  6. Click Next.

    The Workflow Create/Edit Wizard opens.

  7. In the Workflow Create/Edit Wizard, you can edit the following values:

  8. When you are ready, click Finish.

  9. Click Save Site.

To customize the Instagram Identify Workflow:

  1. Log into Geocortex Essentials Manager.

  2. Click your AOP site to edit it.

  3. On the Map page, click the Map Services tab.

  4. In the sidebar, click Workflows.

  5. Click beside the Instagram_Identifier workflow.

  6. Click Next.

    The Workflow Create/Edit Wizard opens.

  7. In the Workflow Create/Edit Wizard, you can edit the following values:

  8. When you are ready, click Finish.
  9. Click Save Site.
