You can add any WebOffice instances to Analytics that you want to monitor. When you add a WebOffice instance, all its projects within are automatically added. Any referenced ArcGIS services are also added but are only enabled for monitoring by default if you have added the ArcGIS Server for monitoring.
You can set alarms to trigger if the probe to a WebOffice instance or project, or a referenced ArcGIS service, fails or responds too slowly. You can also set an alarm to trigger if an ArcGIS Server exhibits excessive CPU or memory usage.
Once you have added a WebOffice instance, you can also change settings for a specific WebOffice instance or project.
You can change the default Collection Intervals and Alarms for all WebOffice instances.
Instance Collection Interval: Change how often the WebOffice instances are probed, project configuration is checked and alarms are triggered.
Project Collection Interval: Change how often the WebOffice projects are probed and alarms are triggered.
Statistics Collection Interval: Change how often the WebOffice statistics files are probed.
Alarms: You can also set default alarms to trigger when a WebOffice instance or project, or referenced ArcGIS service, fails to respond or responds too slowly. You can also set an alarm to trigger if an ArcGIS Server exhibits excessive CPU or memory usage.
