You can also set and edit specific settings that affect a specific instance of ArcGIS Online.
You can enable or disable ArcGIS Online by clicking the Enabled icon:
When ArcGIS Online is disabled, Analytics stops collecting information about it.
To remove ArcGIS Online, click the Remove icon and when the warning appears, click Remove.
ArcGIS Online can be added to Analytics at any point and it will be detected and added to the sidebar automatically.
To set up a remote ArcGIS Online instance:
Open Analytics, and then click Configuration.
At the bottom of the sidebar, click Add and select ArcGIS Online.
On the Setup tab, enter the following information:
Name: Enter the ArcGIS Online name that you want to appear in reports and alarms.
Organization URL: Type in the URL for ArcGIS Online, for example,
App ID: Paste in the App ID of the App in ArcGIS Online.
App Secret: Paste in the App Secret of the App in ArcGIS Online.

A message indicates that ArcGIS Online is being added. When the process is complete, the Name you specified appears in the resource list under Portals.
You can set up specific alarms that apply to a single ArcGIS Online instance on the Alarms tab of that instance. Click on any alarm card to edit the default setting of an alarm. For more information, see Available User Accounts Alarm , Remaining Credits Alarm, ArcGIS Services Alarms
